St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Investigates Hollywood Shooting

Hollywood, MD – On Friday, November 1, 2024, at approximately 11:47 PM, deputies from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported shooting in the 45000 block of Breezy Lane in Hollywood.  Upon arrival, officers located an individual suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was immediately provided with first aid by deputies and was subsequently airlifted by Maryland State Police Trooper 2 to a nearby hospital. The victim’s injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.

Suspects Arrested
Following the shooting, four suspects fled the scene in a vehicle. A pursuit ensued, ending in Charles County where all four suspects were apprehended.
The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate this incident.
